At Anne Essence, every order is handled with care and intention. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed and delivered within the United Kingdom.


Processing & Handling

  • Orders are carefully prepared, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (often the next working day).
  • Processing time refers to the period before your order is handed to our delivery partner. Delivery time begins once dispatch has taken place.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next working day.

United Kingdom Delivery

  • Standard UK Delivery (2–4 business days after dispatch): £4.99 on orders under £30
  • Complimentary UK Delivery: on orders £30 and above
  • We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in London, United Kingdom.

Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Packaging & Product Care

Each order is thoughtfully packaged using protective, recyclable materials to ensure your essential oils arrive in pristine condition.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.

Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Address changes can only be accommodated prior to dispatch.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt, we can:
  • Arrange a reshipment (additional postage may apply), or
  • Issue a refund for the item(s), excluding the original shipping fee.

Delays, Missing or Damaged Parcels

  • In the event of a delivery delay beyond the estimated timeframe, we kindly ask that you allow additional time, particularly during peak periods.
  • If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) and include:
  • Your order number
  • Clear supporting photographs, where applicable

This enables us to resolve the matter promptly and efficiently.
